Clay Pendants and
Beads

There has been a recent rise in the popularity of handmade
ceramic pendants and beads. These are fine works of art,
much like hand blown glass beads, but with a more earthy feel
and appearance. If you have shopped around for these, you
will note mine are much more reasonably priced than most. I
simply price mine by the time I put onto making them.
Compared to carving designs individually on larger vessels,
these seem to come along quite quickly.

Now, if you are a clay person, and I assume you are if you are
here looking around, you will really appreciate the individuality
and uniqueness of these. I prefer for mine to have a natural
organic quality

As with every form of saleable art, there are those who mass
produce works and those who create each one individually.
Mine are each created individually. Some of the ones with
'faces' will be similar, because I made the texture plates for
them and they have similar faces. I have tried to vary the size,
hair, and other small features to give them individuality.
